Tsunami Relief Benefit Concert
Saturday, March 5th, 8pm

New York Spirit Dance Company hosts the Tsunami Relief Benefit Concert at Merkin Concert Hall, 129 W. 67th St., between Broadway and Amsterdam, NYC.  The concert will feature performers from Asia and Africa and proceeds will go to the Red Cross' efforts in aiding Southeast Asia and East Africa after the tsunami tragedy.  Performers include Trinayan Collective (classical Indian dance), Yin Mei Dance (modern dance), Sanghamitra Chatterjee (Indian vocalist), Nankama (African dance), Sheetal Gandhi (Bombay Dreams), Kinding Sindaw (dance from the Philippines), Song Hee Lee Dance (Korean dance), Ryan Link (Rent, Aida), Erin Roark (Rajasthani dance), and Dakshina Palli Natyam (Baharata Natyam).  Tickets are $25, $40, $60, and $80 (VIP), and can be purchased here
